Learn beautiful techniques to bring more calm, pleasure and serenity to you and your baby (0-9 months).
Talk to your friends and your baby health centre and if you can form a group of six mums and dads who would like to explore this in the north shore area (Milsons Point - Epping - Gordon - Mosman) then Maria and I would be happy to do the session at your home or centre.
Special mediations will give you the time out during the 1 hour sessions. These same mediations will be provided on CD for you to use at home.
Simple discussions in line with the meditations' focus will assist help you feel happy and centred. The four courses work stand alone as well as an interlinking group to help you enjoy parenting even more.
Enjoy finding how you can create a calmer, more relaxed you while you nurture your baby. Use the techniques to help you get back to sleep after the 3 am breast feed!
