If life is not going well for you, who are you blaming?
If you point at another, welcome to your reflection. We are only bothered by that which we display ourselves - and boy that can be hard to acknowledge and accept. It even has a name for what you are experiencing: "The Law of Reflection". But by finding these limitations by which you are living your life you can make new choices - they become the gifts you find when you unwrap the challenge.
If you are pointing at yourself, welcome to your recognition that what you are experiencing in life is something that you created. You created through your actions or perceptions or what is called "The Law of Attraction".
If you are blaming yourself for it - change the direction of your finger to be point upwards and move your mind from the "blame game" if that's where you are at ... to "oh I am taking responsibility". Now you are ready to take conscious control of what you have been creating for yourself and start to bring into your life what you want.
And there are several other universal laws to help make the transition easier: "The Law of Grace", "The Law of Love", "The Law of Forgiveness."
